RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – FURORA PETZ

1. Right of Withdrawal Under Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. How to Request a Return Contact us at dropship.tomstaa@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Return Conditions Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all labels intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns of opened hygiene or grooming products (e.g. shampoos) unless they are defective.

4. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, we will refund via bank transfer — please provide your IBAN.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement
